Terms & Conditions

1.The tenant or driver must have a valid driving license accepted by the Traffic and Licensing Department of the United Arab Emirates and the driver of the vehicle must follow and respond strictly to the traffic laws and will be responsible for any mistake he commits and the burdens resulting from that mistake.

2.The driver and the tenant shall bear all violations and the seizure allowance resulting from the vehicle from the date of the beginning of the contract until the end of the contract, the direction of the office is committed to pay the value of all violations in addition to 10% of the value of violations as administrative expenses.

3.The tenant and the driver are obliged by the value of the rent agreed upon in the contract.

4.The tenant and the driver must return the car to the office immediately after the expiry of the contract term and in case the tenant or driver wants to extend the period he must check with the office to conclude a new contract.

5.The tenant or driver shall not be entitled to mortgage, sell, lease or use the vehicle commercially for any other purpose except for his personal use.

6.The tenant or driver shall not have the right to add, remove or modify any part of the car internally and externally and shall return the car in the condition in which it was and the tenant and the driver shall bear all expenses that satisfy the office fully from damages, malfunctions or disagreements.

7.The tenant and the driver are responsible for paying the full value of the vehicle in the event of confiscation or the occurrence of an accident resulting from alcohol or the similar.

8.The tenant or driver does not have the right to take the car out of the borders of the United Arab Emirates.

9.This contract shall be effective from the time of its signature and this contract shall not be terminated except after the approval of the Office.

10.I undertake to inspect the vehicle daily in terms of engine oil and water, pay attention to the heat of the vehicle and inform the office of any damages; the tenant and the driver shall bear any damage to the car in the event that he does not do the aforementioned.

11.The office has the right to terminate the contract in the event that the tenant and the driver fail to pay the rent and the violations.

12.The tenant or the driver does not have the right to give the car to anyone whose name is not mentioned in the contract.

13.The car is insured comprehensive insurance with conditions.

-The tenant and the driver bear the amount of AED 1500 in addition to 20% of the value of the repair of the car if it is proved that he is the cause of the accident, if the driver is over 25 years old and the driver's license is more than one year and bears all the rent until the delivery of the car after the completion of its repair and return it in the state it was in before the accident

-If the driver is under 25 years of age or the driver's license is less than one year, the office and the insurance company are not responsible. Therefore, I pledge not to give the car to the aforementioned persons.

14.In case the car involves in any accident :-

-The tenant and the driver must not leave the accident until the police or their representative are present: and obtains the accident report

-The tenant and the driver must inform the office about the accident and the resulting damages and take written approval from the office.

15.It is forbidden to smoke and take cats and dogs and in case of non-compliance the tenant pays 500 dirhams.

16.The tenant and the driver must return the car clean or the car cleaning fee will be charged.

17.The monthly contract period is 30 days and in the case of returning the car before the specified period of the contract, the car rent is calculated on the basis of the daily rate.

18.Allowed kilometer :-

-The contract for one day only 300 km

-Monthly contract 3000 km or 5000 km As agreed.

In case of non-compliance, a fee of one dirham per extra kilometer will be charged

19.I undertake not to return the car to the office on official public holidays.

20.The sponsor in this contract is obliged and responsible for the implementation of all clauses.

21.Upon waiver of any case or report, the tenant must pay AED 1000 as an administrative expense.

22.All tollgates ( darb & salik ) payment will be on the customer. Each passage is 5.25 AED including VAT.

23.The renter is responsible for all parking costs at Dubai Mall or any other locations, which will be directly deducted from our company's Salik account, in addition to administrative fees. These charges must be paid directly to the office either during the rental period or upon returning the vehicle..

24.Parking Fees :-
When the tenant or driver uses the link sent to them to pay parking fees in the country, they are required to pay the resulting amounts in addition to administrative fees. 
Using the sent parking payment link sent is considered as acceptance of full responsibility for the financial payment of fees imposed by the country , in addition to administrative fees and taxes. 
Also, they will be liable for any fines resulting from any mistakes made while using the link to pay for parking
